"Clear updates the WHOLE way"
They kept me in the loop and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Replies were quick too, which I REALLY appreciated. No confusing back-and-forth at all

"Pickup worked, but something felt a little off"
I’ve used zigzag.com a few times for pickups, and my experience has been a bit hit or miss. One pickup went smoothly, but another time the driver showed up later than the time I was given, so I ended up just waiting around. The updates from customer service weren’t very clear either, which made the whole thing feel a little off. It’s not a terrible service, but I probably wouldn’t count on it if I needed something picked up on a tight schedule.

"Issue was fixed, but I expected a bit more"
I had a problem and, to be fair, they sorted it out quickly. I’m glad it got fixed, but given the hassle, I was expecting some kind of compensation or gesture for the inconvenience.

"Packed fine, but the instructions were confusing"
My order showed up packed well and nothing was damaged, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was the instructions, they weren’t very clear, and I felt like I was getting passed around between the packaging, the notes, and trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next. It took longer than it should have. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be made easier.

Checkout was quick and straightforward, easier than a few other sites I’ve used. I did end up returning one item, and while there was a return fee, it wasn’t nearly as bad as what some places charge. Overall, not a big deal for me.

"Pickup was smooth, delivery could’ve been quicker"
To be fair, the pickup part was really easy and the package did arrive in good condition, so I can’t complain too much. The courier just took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates came through late, which made it a bit frustrating. Overall, it worked out fine, but a little better timing and communication would’ve made the experience much better.

"Annoying at first, but sorted surprisingly fast"
My parcel went missing, which was really frustrating, but support handled it better than I expected. I was annoyed that it happened at all, but they got it sorted quickly and kept me updated the whole time.

The site worked fine overall, but I did spend a bit of time figuring out where everything was in the menus. I also had to check my email receipt to make sure everything went through, which was fine, but the whole process could be a little more straightforward

"Easy return process, but be ready to wait a bit"
I returned an order from zigzag.com and overall it was straightforward. The forms weren’t confusing, and I didn’t run into any major issues getting the return started. Just a heads up for anyone doing the same: the refund took longer than I expected, and I ended up checking on it a couple of times. It did come through eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but I’d say give yourself some patience and keep an eye on your refund status.

"Surprisingly smooth to use on my phone"
I was on zigzag.com last night from my phone, kind of half-paying attention on the couch, and it was easy to use. The pages loaded quickly, the text fit the screen properly, and I didn’t have to do that annoying pinch-zoom thing just to tap a button. Even little stuff like spacing between buttons felt decent, which I always notice because one bad tap can drive me nuts.

Checkout was straightforward too, with no weird extra steps popping up. The only tiny thing was that the filter menu took me a moment to spot, I kept looking near the top left for it for some reason — but once I found it, everything made sense. I’d use it again

"Retailer updates were kinda confusing??"
I ordered through Zig-Zag and the retailer updates were a little all over the place?? I did get my item in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but I had to follow up twice just to figure out what was going on. Not terrible, just not the smoothest experience. Clearer coordination would’ve helped a lot...

"Return process was slower than it should’ve been"
The shopping part was easy enough and the delivery was fine, but the return was kind of frustrating. I sent the item back and then just sat there waiting without really knowing what was going on. The communication wasn’t very clear, which made it more annoying than it needed to be. Customer service did eventually reply, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I got my refund in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the whole return process could definitely be smoother

"Support actually helped fast"
I had trouble logging in and sent a message to support, not really expecting much if I’m honest. But they replied quickly and explained what I needed to do in a way that actually made sense. I had to send one more reply, and then it was fixed. That’s how support should be, right? Just nice to deal with someone who actually responds and helps.

"Zig-Zag was okay overall, but the drop-off..."
Zig-Zag was okay overall, but the drop-off points near me weren’t the easiest to deal with. I had to travel farther than I expected, and a couple of the places had odd opening hours, which made me wonder if the options were really kept up to date. The return did go through in the end, so I can’t say it failed, but it wasn’t exactly convenient. 3 stars from me.

"Says delivered, but nothing ever showed up"
I’ve ordered from Zig-Zag before and wanted to keep liking them, which is why this was so frustrating. My latest order was marked as delivered, but I never received anything. The tracking just said completed with no real details, so I checked around, asked nearby, and even waited another day hoping it would turn up.
When I tried to get help, it kind of felt like the answer was just, “It says delivered,” and that was the end of it. I get that mistakes happen, and I’ve been okay with them in the past, but it’s hard to stay loyal when the only proof is a status update and you’re left with no package. Not sure I’d order again after this.
